We're so excited for the March Chapter Meeting held for the first time at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management! The date is very close so get it on your calendar. Date: Monday, March 7th, 2022 Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Address: 9907 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819
The program for this meeting includes a Cost Control Review presentation by Chef Jason Fridrich (Rosen College) and a close-up & tour of Rosen College. An additional presentation of Barilla Pasta will be made by Corporate Chef David Jutras (CORE Foodservice Group). The chapter business section of this meeting will be a quick update of our chapter and upcoming events. And as per our usual, we will have raffles and networking.
PARKING UPDATE: The campus is gated with a guard shack. We have not been able to confirm if they will be collecting $5 parking fees or not. But let them know that you are here for the "ACF Meeting" in the Disney Dining Room. Park near the Rotunda (pictured above). We will have chapter representatives by the arches there to guide you.
